  1. I really liked Soomin's presentation. I could see what was going on, and what the presenter's speech was about: to explain what 'taboo' is, and give examples of various taboos in different countries. She mentioned the purpose of the speech at the end of the presentation, I personally think that informing it briefly in the opening would help the audience get an idea of what they should look for while listening. Moreover, telling the audience how the speech can relate to them would enhance their concentration. The speech was well organized, and the presenter's voice tone was great. Intonation was well used; it was easy to concentrate while listening to the speaker's firm voice, which had the right stress in appropriate places. The speaker didn't rely on notes. I barely noticed her reading her notes. She seemed to have very well acquainted herself with the whole presentation. She was a little nervous at the end, but it wasn't noticeable. Overall, I think Soomin gave a great presentation. Well done!
